Students and candidates can apply online through the designated link available at www.hrd.mnre.gov.in. Applications are accepted on a half-yearly basis (preferably in July and January).

2. Application Timeline

Applicants must submit their applications at least one month before their expected start date. Applications submitted more than three months in advance will not be considered.

3. No Objection Certificate (NOC)

Selected candidates must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their university, department, or employer at the time of joining.
