Post-Wise Qualification Requirements
- General Medical Officer (GMO): MBBS degree from an MCI/NMC recognized university. Foreign medical graduates must have a 4-year MBBS degree, a 1-year internship, and must qualify for the FMGE exam.
- Dentist: BDS degree from a DCI-recognized Indian university or equivalent qualification under the Bihar and Odisha Medical Act, 1916. Foreign graduates must complete 4 years of BDS, a 1-year internship, and pass the FDST exam conducted by NBEMS.
- Dresser: 10th pass with a C.M.D certificate from a government-recognized institution.
- Pharmacist: 12th pass with Science and a Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) from a recognized institution, along with registration with the Bihar Pharmacy Council. B. Pharma and M. Pharma holders must also have a D. Pharma qualification.
